Dr. Govind Singh organised a field-visit to Yamuna Biodiversity Park on 7 October 2022. The field-trip was part of Introduction to Ecology course of the 2022 batch of JSES students at JGU.
Tree Plantation and Debate Competition at JGU
Dr. Govind Singh judged a debate competition for school students on 8 August, 2022. The event was followed by tree plantation activity by the students on campus.

Prof. (Dr.) Govind Singh served as associate professor & founding academic dean of Jindal School of Environment & Sustainability, JGU.
The JSES (Jindal School of Environment & Sustainability) is a pioneering School at O.P. Jindal Global University which offers India’s first truly interdisciplinary undergraduate degree in Environment and Sustainability. Dr. Govind Singh concluded his formal association with JSES in June 2026.
